How do I choose the right size?

To ensure the perfect fit, refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page and the models’ sizing references. If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Excluding our blank t-shirt range, we rarely re-stock sold out items. To avoid missing out, sign up to our newsletter for exclusive early access to drops and follow our socials.  

Do your blank and printed tees use the same sizing?

As of January 2024, all our t-shirts, both blank and printed, share the same sizing.

Are the colours of the products accurate in the photos?

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package in real-time via the Aus Post website HERE

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we begin processing it straight away. Please double-check your order before confirming. For assistance, contact our support team ASAP.

I've been sent the incorrect size, what do I do? 

If the size you've received is different to what you have ordered, please contact us ASAP detailing your order number and the size received. We will fix it ASAP at no additional cost. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer an easy return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Although please note, we do not cover postage costs. Refer to our Returns + Exchanges page for more info. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yep, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please use the international shipping calculator at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for secure and convenient transactions. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later services at this time.

Can I collaborate with Parasol?

We are always open to collabs with artists, brands, events etc. Please contact us at info@parasoluniversal.com with as much information as possible, and we’ll get back to you ASAP. 

Do ever do promotions or offer discounts?

While we don't join mass cyber sales like Black Friday, that discourage mindful and considerate shopping. We occasionally offer exclusive promotions and discounts. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media for early access.
